Το ντοκιμαντέρ ακολουθεί μια ειδική ομάδα ερευνητών δημοσιογράφων της εφημερίδας Gazeta Sporturilor, καθώς αποκαλύπτουν μια τεράστια απάτη στον τομέα της υγείας, από την οποία είχαν ωφεληθεί διάφοροι μεγιστάνες και πολιτικοί.

In Bucharest, a fire breaks out in October 2015 and engulfs a club called Collectiv, immediately killing 27 people and injuring 180. Over the following months 37 more victims die, partially due to the lack of proper healthcare at the public hospitals. The documentary follows a crack team of Journalists investigators at the Romanian newspaper Gazeta Sporturilor as they try to uncover a vast health-care fraud that enriched moguls and politicians.
